Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through cclodi.store. Our goal is to provide clear and reliable delivery information so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include transit time.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom & European Union: 7–12 business days
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, seasonal demand or public holidays.)

We work with trusted international fulfilment partners and some items may ship from our international fulfilment centres depending on stock availability. This does not affect delivery protection, tracking, or your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Orders over £50 may qualify for Free UK Delivery where available.
Any active shipping promotions are displayed at checkout.

Address changes & delivery issues

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, reshipping fees may apply.

If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel has not arrived, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office first. Our support team will assist further if needed.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@cclodi.com and our team will help investigate with the courier.
Refunds for lost or undelivered parcels are processed in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
