Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through cclodi.store. The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear and transparent process for handling returns, replacements and refunds.
If an item is not suitable, or if you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will review your case in line with this policy.
Return period
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at returns@cclodi.com within the return period and include:
-your order number
-the item you wish to return
-the reason for the return
-clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
Our team will review your request and provide Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
Items must not be returned without an approved RMA reference.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:
-unused
-in their original condition
-in the original packaging
-with all labels and accessories included
Any handling or damage beyond what is reasonable to inspect the product may affect eligibility.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene, safety and consumer-protection reasons, returns are not accepted for:
-underwear, lingerie and intimate garments
-swimwear bottoms
-earrings or body jewellery
-opened cosmetics or personal-care products
-perishable or consumable goods
-digital items or non-returnable items clearly marked as such at checkout
Faulty items in these categories will be assessed in line with UK consumer law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
After assessment, we will arrange either:
-a replacement
-a refund
Where a physical return is required for quality inspection, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Change-of-mind or size-related returns
For change-of-mind or size-related returns:
-the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
-original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
We do not process direct exchanges.
If a different item, colour or size is preferred, please place a new order and request a return for the original product where eligible.
Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction after the refund has been processed.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Order changes, cancellations and delivery issues
Orders may be cancelled or edited within twelve (12) hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
-incomplete or incorrect delivery address
-failed delivery attempts
-unsuccessful delivery due to customer unavailability
reshipping fees may apply.
If tracking confirms delivery but the parcel has not been received, please:
-check with neighbours and your local delivery office first
-then contact our support team
We will assist further in line with courier investigation procedures.
